Our online lessons use Zoom to deliver simplified video lessons across any device.
After you have installed Zoom and tested your audio and video, online classes take place in an instructors meeting room. Each instructor is assigned a meeting room just like at the physical locations. All you have to do is join at the time of your lesson by clicking your instructors room link.
If you are invited to a meeting via an URL link, it will automatically prompt to download the app when you click on the URL link. You do not need to pre-install the app.If you want to install the app manually, please visit Download Center.
To install Zoom on your Mac computer, you may need change your Security and Privacy settings to allow for apps downloaded from identified developers.

A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. At the time of your lesson, you can join your instructors meeting room as a participant without creating an account.

On most devices, you can join computer/device audio by clicking Join Audio, Join with Computer Audio, or Audio to access the audio settings.
